The free month, what happens when it ends, and how to pay by bank transfer.
The free month
Every new pharmacy starts with a free month.
After the free month
- Open Subscription (the owner sees this).
- Make the bank transfer to the details shown there. The monthly price is shown on the page.
- Choose how many months, then enter the bank reference and upload a photo of the payment slip. Both are optional, but they help us find your payment.
- Makerss Hub checks it against the bank and marks you paid. You get an email.
If payment is late
- The first 7 days after the date are a grace period. You can still sell, and a notice shows.
- After that, the pharmacy is read-only. You can look at and export your data, but cannot sell or receive stock.
- Paying brings everything back at once. Nothing is deleted.
