Getting started
Sign up, verify your email and mobile, and make your first sale.
Sign up
- Open the sign-up page and enter the pharmacy name, your name, mobile number, email, address and a password.
- Open the email we send you and click the link to verify your email.
- Sign in with your pharmacy code, username and password. Your browser remembers the pharmacy code.
The first month is free. After that the subscription is paid by bank transfer (see "Pay your subscription").
First steps
After your first sign-in, the owner sees a short list of next steps. You can skip it and do each step later.
- Choose which medicine lists the register searches (see "Add medicines from the NMRA register").
- Fill in the receipt details in Settings.
- Link your Telegram so invoice photos reach your pharmacy (see "Link your Telegram").
- Verify your mobile number (see "Verify your mobile number").
- Add your stock: Import Excel in Stock, or Add drug.
Staff
The owner creates staff logins in Users. Each person gets a role. Cashiers see Sell, Sales and Day close. Pharmacists also see Stock, Receiving, Distributors and Customers. The owner (admin) also sees Reports, Users, Subscription and Settings.
