Customer SMS and loyalty points

Connect your own Dialog eSMS account and turn on SMS messages and loyalty points.

Each pharmacy uses its own Dialog eSMS account and pays its own SMS cost. We do not provide SMS credit.

Set up

1. Open Settings, then Customer SMS and loyalty points.
2. Enter your eSMS username and password. The password is stored encrypted.
3. Turn on the switches you want. They start off.

Loyalty points

Turn on Loyalty points to give customers points on their purchases. Points belong to the customer and are shared across the pharmacy.
